The listed replacement prices cover an existing serviceable outlet location. Adding a new outlet location, running new wiring, or repairing damaged wiring requires a separate scope. If the cause of a dead outlet is unknown, describe the symptoms so we can distinguish replacement from troubleshooting.
Does the $225 switch price include a dimmer?
Includes a standard switch. Dimmer switches are quoted separately. For dimmer work, send the control and light fixture model numbers so we can review the proposed combination.
Can I request several outlets or switches in one visit?
Send the number of devices, their locations, and whether they are standard outlets, GFCIs, switches, or dimmers. We review the combined scope and explain the quote before proceeding; one listed replacement price does not cover every device in the property.

Send the property address, device count and type, symptoms, and building access requirements. Photos can help us plan the visit; take them only from a safe position without removing covers or touching damaged equipment.
